Dr. Kimberly Morris is a licensed Clinical Psychologist who received her Bachelor’s and Doctoral degrees from Indiana University Bloomington. She completed both her clinical internship and 2-year post-doctoral training at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic in Pittsburgh PA. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient environments. She currently works in the outpatient clinic of St Vincent Kokomo with adults who struggle with Anxiety and Depression using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Morris is an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Psychology at Indiana University Kokomo, where she teaches online courses in General Psychology, Lifespan Development, and Abnormal Psychology. She has won 2 Amicus Awards from the students for teaching. Dr. Morris is a professional speaker who has a Facebook page (Inspiration for Life). She is passionate about sharing her psychological knowledge on mood, Compassion Fatigue, womens’ health and transition, stress/coping, and role strain with large and small groups. She is a published author, having co-authored a chapter in “Meet Me At The Well”. When she’s not working, she is the mother of 2 lovely girls.
